Plagues registration bug

Plagues projectiles as of recent have been far more finicky and at times don't register, similar to the huntress bug where you land a hatchet, but nothing happens, but this seems to be exclusive to consoles from my testing.

PLATFORM: Xbox

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I played on a friend's PC during a visit and I noticed people were getting infected a lot quicker than on my Xbox. So, I decided to run a side by side comparison. Plague gets 2 blood points for each hit that registers as a hit on a player, and the PC plague got nearly double the amount compared to the console one.
