Why is the new clown buff is absurd?

Welcome to my post about the clown!

Firstly, let's start with the fact that the clown goes at crazy speed towards the survivors, which is why the survivors literally don't have time to shift a windows or pallets!

Secondly, you can take addons for 7% additional speed!

Thirdly, there are perks that specifically give more speed, for example (play with you food,rapid brutality etc.)

Because of which the survivors leave the match, unable to withstand this dishonesty!

That's why I ask you to revert or nerf the clown's changes so that the game against him is fair and fun!
