Mute Focus is not working when tabbing out on pc

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Tabbing out of game, game does not mute. intermittently will mute depending on which menus you are under, however 98% of the time the game does not mute.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Just tab out to another screen and program such as a web browser or netflix

    still doesnt work sadly. i can still hear the game as im typing this lol. it takes a couple of tab-outs to actually mute it.
