Suggestion: portals
I really like the idea with the door for the Animatronic it solves a problem that some killers have: lack of movement.
One of the main reasons why killers like Trapper, Nightmare, and Trickster are considered weak, while Blight, Mastermind, and Ghoul are seen as strong, is that the first group struggles massively with distances.
For killers like them, you don’t even need to escape a chase. If you can just drag them far away from the action, it takes them way too much time to come back into the game.
The problem is, this punishes the weaker killers way more than the stronger ones.
So my idea would be: on big maps, just add portals at the edges of the map.
I would suggest that if a killer or survivor activates the door, the opposite side should "blink" for 4-5 seconds before the person arrives so it’s not good for surprise attacks or sneaking.
On small maps, this isn’t necessary. Also, the portals wouldn’t work for the first 3-5 minutes of the game, and as soon as all generators are completed, the portals deactivate.
The aim of this Suggestion is to close the gap between low mobility killers and high mobility killers.
