BUG FPS DROPPING THROUGHOUT THE MATCH

I'm a Brazilian Steam player, and since the last update (The Walking Dead DLC), my FPS hasn't been stable.
At the beginning of my game, my FPS remains the same but as the game progresses, it drops to 28/30 FPS. When I restart the game, my FPS starts normal, but the same thing happens when I start a new game.
This didn't happen before the last update, and it's impossible to play. After all, who can play at 30 FPS, right?
And yes, I've tried repairing the files, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and nothing has changed (I've even played other games, where my FPS remains normal).
I need help, please.
