the only way to balance her it’s incredibly unfun to play against her. I’ve never in my 7 years of playing enjoyed playing against her.

    Nurse needs two changes:

    → remove the lunge add on that makes skilled blinks meaningless and gives you hit that would not land otherwise

    → make it so once she has fully charged blink, she can't see auras

    chain up of 2 blinks is hard. I can’t do this well personally

    If it’ll be onle blink + they’ll adjust movement speed (because one blink + 3.8 simply unplayable option), the change will be like for clown. Less skill ceiling. No one wants it I’m sure.

    U can't nerf nurse because her OP is in core mechanic of her ability. Survivors has to manage sources. Nurse ignores sources, she doesn't care about palettes even.

    Yeah they can give her that iri addon (matchbox) effect but with 2 blinks one for mobility with no swings and 1 for chase, problem solved

    That would feel really bad and seems as massive overnerf to me.

    Only thing Nurse needs is to make her not see survivor aura while charging blink.

    That wouldn't do much, when Nurse usually teleport in chase before full charge blink. It would make more sense if it worked the other way and she can't see survivor aura until she fully charged blink.

    I don't think she should be able to see survivor aura while charging blink in general.

    The fundamental issue of Nurse is that you can't really remove double blinks without killing her identity, and Nurse does have unique mind games to her that are quite fun against a Nurse that isn't truly God tier cracked.

    However you also can't really do much about a cravked Nurse using blink to last known location and then blink on Survivor... this is what makes her insanely strong, and your only chance is that she fumbles it.

    I agree with @PetTheDoggo. If you make her blind during blink charges and while blinking, then she always has to play Nurse mind games.

    If you need more nerfs: -

    • Hitting her Heavy Panting 30% additional lunge after chain blinking add on would make her more fair, since you have a better chance of mind gaming her still without the add-on just straight undoing it… Either reduce it, or I'd almost be tempted to make this reversed, where single blinking has the increased lunge.
    • Resetting her tokens to 0 any time she gets stunned and preventing their recovery until she recovers would at least make add some skill based counterplay. Successful pallet stuns, flashlight saves, head on and decisive strike are all currently high risk very unlikely to work, all to only mildly annoy the Nurse currently. With this change would stuns would actually be viable tools against her, as opposed to not even be worth trying.

    Then of course ideally we'd want to make her a little less obtuse and less inaccessible to newbies, and with these weaknesses we can probably give her some QOL improvements. E.g. off top of my head:

    • Change fatigue to instead make survivors invisible with an appropriate visual effect for her recovery, instead of yanking the camera down and disorientating the Nurse player.

    I promise you, limiting Nurse to 1 blink is not a good idea and would completely destroy her identity.

    Matchbox Nurse (the 1-blink Nurse addon) has even less counterplay and is far more uninteractive for both sides than the regular Nurse. The only way Nurse's design works at all is because she is slower than survivors and is forced to use her power to hit anyone, and thus, you as a survivor have an opportunity to avoid her power by being able to distance yourself from her and breaking LOS. If you limit her to 1 blink, you would be forced to increase her movement speed to make up for it, which completely breaks her power on a fundamental level because Nurse is not designed around being able to walk a survivor down. It would massively lower her skill ceiling (as you can just get close to survivors and then hit them with a short-range blink that is really difficult to avoid) and remove just about everything that makes Nurse the unique character she is. She would no longer be challenging or interesting to play and she would be horrible to play against too. Current Matchbox is extremely boring to play against and I'm glad it's not more common.

    The nerfs she does need include giving her aura-blindness while charging/using her power (because survivor auras while using her power basically just completely delete her counterplay in a lot of situations), nerf or rework Heavy Panting (30% bonus lunge on every chain blink should not be an addon), nerf Fragile Wheeze to 60 seconds (70 seconds is too long for how consistent of a trigger condition this has and just given how strong Nurse is in general, but lower than 60 seconds would make it kinda bad), rework both iri addons (Matchbox is bad design for the reasons I just explained above, Torn Bookmark is just overpowered in general as 3 blinks is far too forgiving even with a penalty), and force stuns to reset her power cooldown to zero so the occasional pallet stun has a real consequence and she can't just ignore DS a lot of the time.
