Ace in the hole does not give visceral addons

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I played so many matches with ace in the hole and have not gotten any visceral add-on on any item from chests/rummaging. It gives every add-on on all items besides the visceral addons. It even gives the event add-ons like refined serum and broken bulb which I don’t think it’s supposed to give.
