Using whatever is at hand, you stab at your aggressor in an ultimate attempt to escape.
While in chase for 15 seconds „Decisive Strike“ gains a token up to a maximum of 1 / 2 / 3 / tokens.

If you are the Obsession, when grabbed by the Killer :
- each token automatically fills 25% of the wiggle meter when you succeed a Skill Check.
- When you escape the killers grasp each token increses the killers stun time by 1 second.

If you are not the Obsession, when grabbed by the Killer :
- each token automatically fills 20% of the wiggle meter when you succeed a Skill Check.

Hitting the Skill Check will Deactivate the Perk and the Killer will gain a notification.
Increases your chance to be the Killer's Obsession.
Only one Obsession per trial.

It's an interesting idea. I think it's nerfed a little too hard though. 45% progress on the wiggle meter still means to the killer can walk 65% of the distance they normally could to a hook which is a fair distance. I think it would be more fair with tokens earned every 10 seconds of chase and progress was 20 to 25% per token.

Unpopular opinion: decisive is already a not top tier perk and should be left unchanged.

Supporting evidence: 90% of the time, if you're not the obsession the perk is useless because the hooks will be close enough. The skill check isn't easy, and even on high(1-5) ranks people still miss it from time to time. If you're the obsession, the killer can just dribble if you're close to a hook. If you're not and you hit the skill check - the reason why you went down in the first place is the lack of pallets in the area, and you will most likely go down in a matter of seconds. If you manage to escape - well done, you saved yourself one hook state. But is it really worth it to run it every game with all the cons?
