Bubba's Chainsaw Glitch Explained
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Bubba's chainsaw can glitch itself when vacuuming to a pallet/door, especially while breaking it sideways. From there on, the chainsaw can get unglitched by a tantrum or completely deleted with a rev at 3 charges, as shown in the video.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
1) Your chainsaw gets glitched in tantrum state because of vacuums and sideway flicks on doors/pallets
2) You can unglitch the chainsaw by revving it until the bar is completely filled, so you tantrum
3) If your chainsaw is glitched and you rev, the overheat bar will increase even if you let go, and if you already have 3 charges when you do that, it cannot replenish anymore charges and get stuck to 0, effectively deleting your ability to rev and therefore, your entire power
4) If your chainsaw is glitched you rev before reaching 3 charges, you will be able to rev indefinitely without overheating because in theory, you're already in full overheat
