What will BHVR do about low tier killers such as legion
I’m curious and want to know when Legion is going to get buffed/reworked. I get that just a couple months afgo he got a buff that helped him a little bit but with the introduction of Kaneki and just seeing how the overall gameplay has gone. Everything legion does other killers just do better making him extremely difficult to play and not feel frustrated at the fact Kaneki does the same thing as Legion (getting a free injury with power and then cancelling to get the m1) but with much more than half the cool down. I want some feedback if I’m justified or just delusional.

Legion needs a buff.

Legion is defienetly not the bottom on list who needs buffs/rework. He's not S tier killer so are not 80 % of the roaster. He's in good spot and mostly need some QOL changes for trade of the current Legion scamper epidemic.

After their recent buffs, I'm really happy with Legion at the moment. They might need more buffs in the future, but for now they're in a good place. They should be way down the list of priorities for BHVR, imo.
Personally, the major buffs I'd like to see are Frank's Mixtape to be made base-kit and for the add-on to be reworked into a Frenzy vault speed add-on. But that said, there are way bigger fish to fry right now.
Kaneki is probably a bit too strong in his current state, tbh. He does everything Legion does but better, but then he's also just as easy to use and better than much of the Killer roster as well.

Imo Ghoul is a bad comparison point as he's still pretty over tuned even after his latest nerfs. And I agree with the sentiment that Legion, while not amazing, is in a good enough spot where there are higher killer balance priorities.
Plus, it's hard to get a good idea of how strong killers really are when so many of them have off-putting bugs.

#1 you can choose the mixtape regardless of addons
#2 the mixtape plays while feral frenzy is active not just during chase

Legion's power is "get one easy injury on one guy" versus decent players. They're one of the worst killers in the game.

Legion's really not that bad, they're a killer you have to put some thought and effort into getting good results from - and arguably maybe too much for what you get in exchange - but they're chilling in the mid tiers for now. People also mention Pig a lot in this context, and the same thing is true of her.
The absolute bottom of the barrel killers at the moment are Trapper and Skull Merchant, so by strength alone we should probably be looking at them for buffs and updates.
BHVR have been gradually buffing every killer that needs it (and a few that don't frankly) over the past few years, so I'm sure we'll get around to them at some point.-1 -
legions in a good spot for people that play legion and a rework feels pretty unneeded, feral frenzy is not the strongest power but its one players enjoy using and i cant imagine any major modifications i would want to make to it. any changes beyond that and you run into the issue of taking someones main for years and turning it into something different, annoying the people who played them in the first place.
theres likely smal adjustments you could make to their kit to help them out (im not a franks mixtape truther but id be down for visible blood pools in frenzy especially since cancelling ontop of injured survivors is more viable now) but legions fine. hes not the strongest in the whole roster but he does what hes supposed to and is easy to pick up and play

What's wrong with legion it's one of my favorites to play, I like easy/not clunky powers like legion and wraith, probably best BP farmer with blight

Legion primary power is to slow the game by easily injuring people, potentially down them with 5th hit. He is sort of like Plague, where you can heal and waste time to face the killer power or stay injured tuning his ttk a lot more. With current buffs I think that Legion is very solid killer. If they remove his scamper iri add on into buffed cooldown and give him a little bit faster on hit bonus, can be. But overall he's truly not anywhere close to be weak and if you think he is than try to kill a lot killers that are actually weaker, need two basic hits to down and don't have any sort of slowdown like him.
