Legion changes

Since they have no counter to play against and their power is too weak to hit multiple survivors in one phase I suggest some changes:

Nerfs:
Legion can no longer down survivor by attacks in Feral Frenzy.
Terror radius up to 32 meters range.

Deep wounds status effect change:
Deep wound timer no longer goes down while survivors are being in the terror radius.

Buffs:
Base movement speed increased from 4.4 m/s to 4.6 m/s
Feral Frenzy now countinues to 20 seconds (Base)
Feral Frenzy terror radius now has 40 meters range.

Add-ons changes:

Stab Wounds Study - Survivors no longer receive a sprint after the hit of Feral Frenzy
Frank's Mix Tape - While the deep wound status effect has been applied during Feral Frenzy survivors cannot hear the legion's terror radius.

Thoughts?

So just make Feral Frenzy the "easy free hit" for a chase and somewhat good(?) time waster (as it is now)

That was intentional for devs, ez to hit, hard to down

Honestly. Deep wounds isn't very good as a distraction tool. So you can:

A: Rework it to be a downing tool. There is nothing wrong with altering something designed to do one thing into something designed to do a different thing.
B: Greatly extend the normal mending time
C: Remove mending and make it a debuff on the survivors or a buff for a duration after applying it. Maybe both
