Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Map Balance Keeps Getting Worse

The last few maps have shown a severe lack of understanding of what maps need to be balanced for both sides.

Dark Ruins is a cool concept but has major flaws. A lack of pallets, both entrances to the lower part of the map being right next to each other, and both exit gates being visible from the middle of the map.

The FNAF map has a cool main building but completely forgot about Balanced Landing: it's the only map in the game to not have a single place where the perk is usable. There's really only a small handful of decent loops, with most windows and pallets being completely unsafe.

And now Fallen Refuge… Which is just absolutely barebones with a bunch of trash pallets and one teeny-tiny "unique" building tile. I still can't believe this is actually a complete map y'all released, and not just something leftover from testing.

Listen, I understand the desire for certain maps to favor one side or the other a bit… but when you're facing a killer like Springtrap on Fallen Refuge or Ghoul on Haddonfield there's really not even a point in playing.
