Revert Franklin's now you added charges to Fog Vials and stop swinging the pendulum to one side.

It's becoming survivor sided again now and I feel like it's because people were playing killer way too much so you are swing it back to survivor side. I play both sides and have seen the swinging of the pendulum a few times back and forth and this is not the best way to balance the game at all. Also Fog Vials have charges being implemented so please revert Franklin's. It was obvious you nerfed Franklin's because you didn't know how or didn't want to make it work around the unlimited Vials which is now not going to be a thing anymore. Also SWFs shouldn't be allowed to run the same perks and bring in the same items. I'm thrown to the wolves way too much and I feel like the MMR is non existent as well as any decay system you have and this will feel worse once anti slugging, camping, and tunneling will be implemented. Also I ask that you ignore the down votes that are going to be on this if there's not enough constructive comments to back any of them up and take into consideration the comments and my post only not any upvotes this might have again with out any comment backing any up. The upvote down vote is abused more then using it and say why they disagree or agree with what is said.

    Franklins is absolutely fine in the place it is at now.

    You do NOT need to completely destroy a survivor's item every time you hit them to get value out of this perk.
