First Aid Spray Can't Be Collected

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
If a killer chest containing a First Aid Spray spawns at the top of the stairs in the RPD West Wing map (probably East Wing also since it's a common location), it cannot be collected from the chest.

PLATFORM:
Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Open killer chest containing First Aid Spray in game against The Mastermind on RPD map (confirmed w/ West Wing) when it spawns at the top of the stairs in the main lobby
- Try to collect the First Aid Spray from the chest
- The First Aid Spray cannot be collected
