Apocalyptic Ingenuity needs a buff
I tried this perk it’s really boring tbh because it takes a lot of work just to open and rummage 2 chests. And you could only use it once per 2 chests and it feels like a waste of time trying to find and rebuild broken pallets. I’ve used this perk with appraisal plunders but it just takes too much time and I feel like the perk needs a buff tbh

this perk is quite literally the biggest waste of time out of any survivor perk, especially for the “pay off” of a party pallet… and you can only make 1 per match, or two if you bring a coin.
Cool… I’m glad I just wasted running all over the map, wasting 16s to open a chest, drop my item, pick up new item, rummage, rinse, repeat… all so a killer can respect for 0.5s and then you quite literally wasted your time for nothing at all. 😍😍

Honestly if it was not a party pallet the perk would be great, just put a limitation that Shack pallet can only be rebuilt once.

i think this would lead to the issue of them having to specify in the code that shack pallet, or at least the pallet in location of shack for each map, has the special condition that AI only works on it once. this is BHVR were talking about so if they tried that it would likely somehow end up with weskers learning how to fly and you spawning 2 miles outside the maps radius if you pick demogorgan
not that this is impossible i just think itd be too much effort for this one perk

I said this on the PTB and I think it still holds - they should make it so searching two chests allows you to make unlimited fragile pallets. They're too weak for that to really be a problem, and if it does become a problem somehow, you can give it the much more reasonable limitation of only one fragile pallet being up at a time.

Maybe they could give it the old any means necessary treatment of having a long cooldown inbetween rebuilds
It's so weird to think Any means necessary used to have a 2 minute cooldown
