Clown is way over-tuned
Please, no offense intended, but these buffs to Clown are just mindless. After 25ish games I can say I am having a REALLY hard time getting under a 4k. Seriously, run surge, pain res, friends till the end and furitive and TRY to lose.
Why are we buffing the haste effect AND the activation time for yellow bottles?? You have essentially made Haste, the killer. If you press the throw button, as long as you are moving in the direction you throw, you instantly get up to 17% haste???
How did this get pushed to live? In what world would a killer design being push button for bloodlust tier 3 be ok?
Clown is lower tier and needed buffs, I get that, but we need a different direction here. Set yellow bottle activation time back to 2 seconds. Revert the changes to purple bottles completely. Add on changes are fine I suppose. Haste buffs can stay if the activation time is further increased to 2.5 seconds. Make one of the add-ons reduce the activation time by .5 seconds.
Or, try something fun. How about if yellow bottles gave a random buff to players invigorated? It's not like clown is some genius chemist, that chemical would have some wild effects based on the batch. What if yellow bottles, with no activation time, could randomly give any single effect like aura reading, haste, break and vault speed increase, basic attack cool down, but also have a random chance to hinder any player? Of course these effects would have to be huge if random. I just think that would be way more interesting than haste the killer.

He needs adjustments sooner rather than later. The antidote activation time definitely needs to be reverted, lowering that completely removed most of the strategy around the yellow bottles and made them way too easy to use, and I don't think a middleground would fix it either, 2 seconds really was the limit on how low that number could be without being unhealthy imo. If the basekit haste stays at 12% then the haste addons also should be returned to PTB values so the end result goes back to 15% like it was before, getting 17% speed on every yellow bottle is just too much.
The pink bottles also should be re-buffed back to lasting 2 seconds again. The addon nerfs were fine imo (19% hinder with Bleach was overtuned), but nerfing the linger to 1 second was a devastating nerf and made pinks too ineffective overall. There's really no reason not to use yellow bottles 95% of the time in Clown's current state.
