Renamed preset goes back to the 1st rename after restarting

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
I have an issue with the rename preset feature where after renaming the preset and saving it, it goes back to the original 1st rename after restarting the game. Even renaming it to "Preset 4" did not work.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
1. Rename a preset, save.
2. Restart the game
3. Rename the preset again to something different.
4. Restart the game
5. It goes back to the 1st rename, the 2nd and beyond does not save.
