Invocation: weaving spiders does not work on some gens

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
I had this issue since The Walking Dead chapter came out. After finishing the invocation (not in every game but in most) some gens on the map aren't capped at the 90% and I even made some of them and it's not a visual bug, in order to complete those gens you have to do full gen.

Not a bug, these gens were just blocked by a perk at the time the invocation was completed.

As @OnryosTapeRentals said already, if a gen is blocked by the Entity, weaving spiders will have no effect. Use it more strategically to avoid Grim Embrace and becoming broken for no reason all match.

When did you perform the invocation? What perks did the Killer have?
