BHVR Team, will you take Action on Community Requests to refine Sable Ward's Death By Roses?
What the Community is Reporting…
- Make-up: The artist (Fairy Kun) gave us a polished made up face and what we recieved its underwhelming
- Cape/Veil (Tule) Visual Issue: It hides the chain detail in the back and is not as flowy. Reports of it being ftiff and fixed ankles/foot when in game.
- Corset pairing: Disappears when pairing with other cosmetics.

The veil issue:

Have you seen Pig-realted tome trailer and than the in-game cosmetic? Trust, this is not that bad. :D

The veil issue seems like it's a problem with any Survivor. I think last Rift someone pointed it out with Jake's community skin and I know Felix's Jonathan cosplay does the same thing.

ima be real i dont think that cosmetic will ever look like the artists depiction bc sable is tiny and it kinda only works if she was taller

I understand what you're saying, but for me this isn't about comparing it to other flawed cosmetics or pointing out that similar issues happen elsewhere - it's about the principle and the respect owed to the artist's work. When a contest invites the community to create designs that will permanently featured in the game, there's an unspoken commitment (promise) to bring that vision to life as faithfully as possible. Some adjustments for engine or model limitations are expected, but thsi feels incomplete and lacking refinement, especially when she wasn't even given a distinct, stylized face to reflect the original concept. The financial state of the studio shouldn't influence the level of care put into something that's meant to honor community talent. In the end, artist creations deserve to be realized with the utmost care, quality, and respect.
Lastly, no one is complaining about Unknown Rift Detective skin… It's perfect!
Here's the potential rework
