Security room door camera HUD stuck on a screen

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The camera HUD when you interract with a security door was stuck on my screen.
PLATFORM: STEAM
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I started a chase with a Springtrap and when I ran past the security door the HUD from using cameras appeared on my screen. I was unable to see skillchecks etc… I used the door camera one time previously. I removed it by using the door camera again.
