SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
The Kate Denson "Puppets Troubled Ballet" tutu has a bug where it 'rides up'
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
I am unsure when it happened in the match as I was distracted but I noticed the difference and took a medal clip of it.
EDIT: I just played a game where I spawned in with this glitch
