i only have this issue with dbd's steam overlay, no other game. so i dare to say its a dbd related bug.
i asked the reddit, but as usual reddit is useless, mods told me theres 100's of solutions, i asked them for one and got ignored, looking on google i found a 5 year old post which had mixed results for the few comments it got.
1
