Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Game Gets Stuck Loading and Takes Forever

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When I start Dbd, and the game runs through its list of initialization, it gets hung up on a few of the categories and takes FOREVER to load. Specifically it hangs on Validating Privileges (5 minutes on this alone), Updating Chat Privilege (1 minute here), Updating Crossplay Privilege (1 minute here). Total of 7 minutes to load the game.
PLATFORM: Xbox Series X
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Detailed above. Just starting Dbd. Nothing special needed. Happens nearly every single time I turn on the game. There have been a few instances where it didn't do this, but they are rare.
