because ghoul isn't broken. You can argue he's overpowered or unfun but he works as intended. Same story for clown.

Last stand was bugged tho and didn't work as intended. The hitbox when you vault a window doesn't slide with your character it teleports to the other side. On last stand it teleported too fast, therefore giving invulnerability when vaulting windows, therefore it got killswitched.
I assume you're referring to kidnap tech with the ghoul, and if you are then yes he works as intended. It's an unintended interaction with his power that will take a lot more time to correct because it's his power that's the problem. It stops you in place (as its meant to) and while the survivor is stuck he vaults (as he is meant to when he hits a vault). It's just two interactions his power has working one after another, it sucks but he's not broken, he's just working too well.
And clown is the furthest thing from broken, he runs as he is meant to. Even if it sucks to go against.

I think the term "broken" talks about code and bugs rather than power-wise. Do the Ghoul and the Clown are overpowered now? Yes. Are they seriously bugged and not working as the developers intended? Not really. And Kill-switch is only for bugged that affects the matches hugely.

For the Clown, I agree with you. However, I think the devs probably want to collect long-term data rather than nerf him immediately. Because honestly, even though the Clown can move very fast, if survivors focus on repairing generators, they can still win. I recommend the Deja Vu perk.
But for The Ghoul, I don’t really agree. He’s been nerfed in two consecutive patches to the point where almost no one plays him anymore. Maybe it depends on the zone or region, I’m not sure. I’m a player from Thailand, Asia Server, and I very rarely encounter The Ghoul almost never, in fact. In my country, nearly everyone agrees that The Ghoul is currently quite weak, and only a handful of players can play him effectively.

I love this whole argument because this is someone who clearly lacks a basic understanding of the word "broken" in a technical sense and then decides to upset because of it. Just because a streamer used hyperbole doesn't make it entirley correct.

You might be the best ragebaiter of 2028 with this post bro. They've mentioned constantly that the Killswitch feature is for gamebreaking bugs only. Neither of those killers are bugged, sure their boring asf to face, but not bugged. Last stand is giving infinite Finesse for free, which is unintentional, and thus has been killswitched since it often makes survivors uncatchable due to a fast moving collision.
