SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Cant delete characters in chat.

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

When I type something in chat and i misspell it I need to press backspace to delete the character but I cant delete it.
