Built to Last replenishes fog vial, no cooldown

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When using built to last and fog vial, the 2 charges are replenished and you don’t have to wait for the vial cooldown. So it’s actually like you can use the vial more than before?

PLATFORM: Xbox

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: load into match with fig vial and built to last, use both.
