Sometimes players will not be put into a dedicated server with >100ms.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: This has started occurring more and more within recent months, but seemingly at random, the matchmaker will put players into the wrong region's servers and will very often result in matches where multiple players (sometimes all 5 players) have 120ms or even higher.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Queue up for games and after playing for awhile, you'll probably eventually end up in a lobby where you and probably at least a few other people have extremely high ping due to being put on the wrong server/region.
PLAYER LOGS: The log attached is taken immediately after a match where this occurred.
