Blinded survivors should still be able to see hooked and downed survivors
As the title says. Also, I think the blinded survivors who got downed or hooked should also be able to see their teammates' aura. I know that survivors can remember where other survivors are hooked by the black bubble, but still, it is not good thing for the Solo Q. I literally died on first hook as none of my teammates rescued me due to the killer running Third Seal and everyone was inflicted.

This effect isn’t that popular and pretty weak and it maybe the only one reason people using this perk.
Better to delete whole effects then if u trying to remove the only thing it may be useful.
Exclusion for slugged survivors only maybe. Because they even don’t have bubble that helps

I agree, but without that blindness is even weaker, cause it requires the survivor to run aura perks, which isn't always the case.
Blindness effects are a gamble and thus it falls out of favor for more reliable effects, like Pain Res or Popweasel

Blindness is weak af. Also if your teammates were hard countered by third seal (a hex) you were gonna lose that game anyways.

But what kind of use does "blind" have than?
I literally died on first hook as none of my teammates rescued me due to the killer running Third Seal and everyone was inflicted.
Yes but thats pretty hard to pull of. To have this work (and you die on first hook) killer needs to Hit every 4 survivor with a basic attack first. Than nobody is allowed to find the hexperk. And than he needs to down and hook you somewhere were no other surviver knows and is not able to find you.
Thats incredible hard to pull off. Since as soon as he hits the first player that player isntandly knows that "hex: the third seal" is in play. And thats also why nearly nobody is playing it. Hex: The third seal is on place 108 of 133 killer perks and has a picrate of 0.58%.

Not when only 1 gen was left while the total hooks that killer gained was three.
