Abondon this, abondon that

since when we condemn people for demonstrating this victory for others through the system that was introduced by the game itself? We always have. Sitting around at the exit gates to tbag has always been considered BM.
Its also a normal part of discourse about any sport or game, there's a difference between celebrating and taunting.
Mori isn’t something created by killer players, yet people actively dodge it and JUDGE when other people point on it.We're both making judgements, whether you write it in all caps or not.
If you want to Mori the survivor as a killer, you can. Nothing about that has changed. Survivors have also always had the ability to alt tab off the screen or get up and do something else. Now killers just happen to know that the survivor did it and I'm still stunned how much of a problem that seems to be for some players.
Also, abandons are a system "introduced by the game itself", so following your logic that makes it absolutely okay.

I don´t like all this abandon stuff either.
Weakens the impact of the game in my opinion and makes it more "fastfood" - maybe needed for todays generation.
In my 5 years i have never dc´d or now abandoned by myself. If i play the game i play from start to finish.
This is like you take part in a run and you stop at the last round because you can´t win anymore. Nobody does this in real life.

The difference is the situations a survivor can abandon are situations where killers held them hostage. They couldn't move on until the killer LET them or a very long timer elapsed. You pushing someone out an exit gate is also completely in the killers control. Survivors can't hold the game hostage, the best they can do is choose not to leave IF the killer chooses not to push out.

Yes, the little time they have they want to spend having fun with a videogame, not waiting for pointless outcomes

Lol I did double quote on that, sorry
its because the forum gave the notification again even though I already "read it"

U compare tbag with mori, but mori was created by devs and meant participation of both players. I am sorry, but u trying to compare incomparable right now

That’s why in my consideration it was proposed by voting system. This “hostage” situation forced not only by killer, but your teammate as well. Simply because he also wants to win, just like the killer wants to get his 4k. Your teammate and the killer decide how long your slug situation will last.
Again, OP post wasn’t about 4k slugging here even. In further comments this was even specified. Like 4-5 times. And that people abandon not only during situations of being actual hostage by slugging, but by simple inability to stand mori animation or last hooking process. U ignore half of the point and focus on only one u wish to discuss

I think the killers should be able to abandon once all living survivors have entered the exit gates. At this point the match is over. Exit gates powered the game isn't over, since a survivor may still have to cross the entire map. And survivors should get the escape bonus when this happens.

I get why people abandon. Some moris feel endless and most are hideous. The end game mori was such a bad and toxic idea. It's made mercy so much more rare. But I don't abandon, so I suffer through it. I even wish I could skip it as killer. I only do it because it's easier than hooking but god, I hate it.
I'm all for giving killers more abandon options too, if that's the track. Let them become a bot when everyone's at the door. I'd like everyone to just take their Ls and Ws and move on.
But the two things aren't quite equivalent. Survivors on the ground can't do anything. As killer, I've snatched out a last second victory from someone acting foolish at the doors and not timing thier escape right. Agency is the difference.
