A Few Pig Add-On Changes

Interlocking Razor(rework):

  • Move the current effect over to Razor Wires
  • Rarity swap with Face Mask
  • New effect: When facing a Jigsaw Box skill check the survivor has to complete a 2nd skill check immediately after the first skill check with the needle moving 25% faster after the 1st skill check is completed.

Currently Razor Wires and Interlocking Razor are essentially sharing the same effect while also basically needing each other for a minor synergy. With this rework it would essentially essentially make the add-on actually worth running while also retaining its synergy with Razor Wires.

Utility Blades(rework):

  • Upon successfully landing an Ambush attack hit the survivor will become Broken for 30 seconds.

This would allow for a hit & run play style on Pig by letting her apply Broken onto a survivor and leave so that they can't heal right away and, currently, any add-on that just only applies Hemorrhage alone doesn't do a whole lot being "meh" in best case scenarios.

Rusty Attachments(buff):

  • Reverse Bear Traps inflict Mangled until removed and persists for 45 seconds after being removed.

Currently most survivors will not heal if they have a trap on making the current effect only really good when slugging and even then it's not the best since Mangled doesn't affect self-recovery speeds. So all this really is is a modification to tweak the add-on.

Jigsaw's Annotated Plan(buff/rework):

  • Rarity swap with Jigsaw's Sketch
  • Removed the downside of adding +10 seconds to the trap death timer
  • Removed the extra Reverse Bear Trap
  • Whenever survivors are working on a generator while there is an active Reverse Bear Trap on any survivor shows the effect to them next to their perks(similarly to how Invocation perks do).
  • Completing a generator will remove 30 seconds from the death timer of all currently active Reverse Bear Traps.

Amanda's Secret(rework):

  • Rarity swap with Amanda's Letter
  • Reveals the aura of Jigsaw Boxes to the Pig
  • The Pig can now retrieve removed Reverse Bear Traps from Jigsaw Boxes

This change was for a few reasons with Amanda's Secret being a pretty bad add-on for a purple/Very Rare rarity and the effects of Amanda's Letter would make more sense as a purple rarity. On top of that these new effects feel like they would honestly make sense as an Iridescent rarity add-on while not being too over the top.
