Ragged Skin Textures on Console

Okay so, I don't know how long it has been a thing, but ever since I swapped to PS5 Console, so many skin textures on every character have severe jagged edges and jagged polygons on the textures and idk whats causing it. Lighting? Graphics? All my settings is fine, is it just a thing? Will this ever get fixed for console players?

Again, EVERY CHARACTER showing skin has this issue ON CONSOLE. Is something being done about it

    same I don’t know why it’s so bad sometimes and it’s been in the game so long with nothing done :(
