Spectating causes dizzying out-of-bounds camera angle

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: As the final survivor was hooked they abandoned the match causing the camera angle to go below the map's boundary but it would jitter back and forth making it very dizzying I had to look away and usually these type of visual glitches don't bother me
PLATFORM: PC (Steam)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Have a survivor you are spectating make it to the endgame collapse. The survivor abandons as they are hooked. During the sacrifice animation the camera jumps back and forth causing a dizzying experience.
