BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF BUG
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Queue times not working at all for 2v8 survivor, killer, and olay while wait is no e functioning it worked this morning but around 2p.m. it just started saying connection to server lost when entering queue on all of them so me and my friends restarted the whole game the server issue stopped popping up but matches just bever happened we waited 30 minutes for survivor regular and attempted to do the play while wait for about another 30 nothing worked. My friend had to go to work we did attempted a 1v4 that worked fine. They went to work I went and solo queued and waited a whole hour and nothing happened.
PLATFORM: Console Xbox series X
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: 11 a.m. played multiple 2v8 matches as survivor queues were almost instant longest wait was maybe 5 minutes, got off for lunch and walk around noon, we got back on at about 2p.m. queued up for killer got told multiple times aerveres disconnected we queued for the play while wait same issue, survivor same issue so we all restarted our games. Then queued again attempting all of it for very long periods server disconnected didn't pop up but it never let us in a match even as survivor which we had no isses with in the morning. We jumped on and played one 1v4 and that worked. Friend left for work I solo queued for killer and waited a full hour before coming on to report that something is wrong.
VIDEO: didn't take one it's just me sitting in lobbys for ubgoddly amounts of time and the server disconnected box doesn't pop anymore so bothing to show it's just not working when 1v4 is working.
