2v8 not working at all

I spent more than an hour waiting to play a killer match in 2v8 just to be disconnected from the host each time I was finally about to load into a match. This happened three times after a 20 minute wait each time. At first I thought it was because I was playing survivor while I waited, but no. I spent 25 minutes just waiting for the same result. 5 million blood points honestly doesn't make up for how horrible this game runs, at this point I just want my actual money back so I can uninstall and be done with it.
