Huntress hatchets not damaging survivors in 2v8

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Hutress's hatchets sometimes fail to damage survivor despite showing the vfx and sfx of a hit. It seems to only occur in 2v8 but i cannot tell the specific condition that causes this bug to occur.
