Family Residence map 2v8 survivor hiding space

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
On Family Residence map in a 2v8 game there is a place between a rock and corner walls where survivors can go but killers can't get in. Killers can hit them when they're in the gap, but we don't get the prompt to pick them up. They can get in and out as they like so they must fit through the gap.
PLATFORM:
Both killers on PS5 but I don't know about the two survivors. I don't think it's platform specific as all survivors can fit in the gap.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
The survivors travel to the area and enter the gap. The killers cannot fit there.
