2v8 Could not unhook survivor

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: In 2v8 mode survivor could not be unhooked from the cage. If you tried to go do it you just lagged around not being able to stay right in front of the cage. Tried several times to unhook and every time got pushed off the center of the cage without getting the unhook prompt. Other survivors tried it too and they also could not get him unhooked.
PLATFORM: PC Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Survivor got sent into a cage and some reason could not be unhooked from it.
