SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I can use the Daryl Dixon skin but there's no option to be Rick

PLATFORM: PS5

    You most likely have filters on. Press the tag looking button next to the search bar in customization section. It opens small drop down window and in that only thing check marked should be "unlocked".
