Kill survivors quests inconsistent in 2v8

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Just finished a match of 2v8 where we killed seven survivors, yet my new 2v8 quest to kill one survivor didn’t finish and my friend's milestone quest only got two kills.

PLATFORM: Xbox and Steam.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Play 2v8 and kill survivors. Check progress of kill quests.

    It's probably because the game doesn't give us the "kill" score event when a survivor dies on the hook. Killing survivors in 2v8 also does not progress the milestone kill quest either. Hopefully this is a bug, because I would like to progress the milestone quest! For the mean time, moring a survivor at the end should count as a "kill".
