Map offerings after nerf

I like the nerf it's definitely a good thing for the game but could you delete map offerings from bloodwebs now ?

They can't be used anymore it's a waste of BP, and you might want to look at other useless clutter like fog thickness offerings (the fog hasn't mattered for years)

    I don't care about playing vs scratch myers on lerrys, or terror radius build on midwich, or swf sending you to garden of joy, i'm good thx, game is much better now

    They need to up the map chance % on the offerings a little bit and they are fine. There is no need to delete anything they added to the game and I find any deletion suggestion stupid and would hurt the game more than help it in anyway.

    So fog thickness offerings are useful ? explain how it would hurt the game if my inventory isn't filled with junk anymore

    They really need to be lowest priority to find them or fully removed atleast, also would be nice if we can destroy offerings or trade them in to recycle, like i personally dont need like 40% of my offerings and i would probably get like 10 mil back

    They are but they also need some rework/buff to make them more useful. This game is full of old stuff that needs work and deleting it is just bad way of dealing with them when it can be reworked and made better.

    I suggest this because I used 3+ millions on one surv earlier, more than 3 prestige levels and I got less than 10 medkits

    it's not ok right now you get : map offerings, fog thickness/luck/spawn location offerings, hatch and basement offerings, way too many addons they could be cut in half honestly, and recent addition of fog vials with more addons

    Honestly, the whole “junk offerings” problem (map offerings that don’t work anymore, fog thickness that’s been meaningless for years, luck/spawn location, basement, hatch, etc.) is less about those specific items and more about DbD’s deeper design clutter.

    BHVR has this habit of never removing anything, just piling more stuff on top. That’s why the bloodweb feels like a slot machine where 50% of the pulls are things nobody actually wants. It’s the same reason perks get bloated and half the roster of killers feels redundant: instead of cutting or reworking, they just keep stacking.

    Deleting useless offerings wouldn’t just be about “cleaning inventory.” It’d be a signal that BHVR is willing to admit when something no longer serves the game and simplify. And honestly? That’s what DbD needs across the board. Streamlining bloodwebs, pruning dead perks, focusing add-ons around clear identities instead of filler, etc.

    So yeah, map/fog/spawn offerings being junk is a problem, but it’s really just a symptom of DbD’s bigger issue: BHVR keeps patching and adding without ever truly curating.
