Bring back DC Penalty timer for exiting the game on Steam

It's ridicules that I have to wait for the in-game timer to count down, and it not counting when I exit the game.

You are forcing players to sit in a lobby and do nothing.

Why should I invest my time in this, if you are going to force us to have the game running?

I don't DC on purpose, I just have a bad connection, but this… this is killing your game faster then you can blink.

On top of all the other issues this game has.
