SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: multiple audio bugs
PLATFORM: pc
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: will have times when audio from the left will play on the right or right will play on left. Also will have missing audio from time to time as well as hearing sounds that aren't there ie survivor grunts but no survivor around. Also the add on Furin that is suppose to play audio for all survivors plays for spirit as well which covers up necessary audio causing the add on to be completely useless.
