Stutters

Hello.

I recently upgraded from GTX 1070 to RTX 5070 ti
CPU is ryzen 9 5900 - 12 cores, 24 threads, 32 GM DDR4 ram aswell.

I thought my old graphic card was the problem, but seems like it isn't.

I am getting stutters all the time - it's mostly high fps drops, sometimes I notice small fps drops to 100-110.

Please do something with optimalization of the game.
