Locked out of match making

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

So my friend (username: Lanibug246) was on DBD with me in a match last night and was randomly disconnected then was blocked out of matchmaking. That was last night and she’s still locked out of matchmaking.

PLATFORM:

Dead By Daylight playstation 5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  • Lanibug246 was peacefully playing games with me
  • Randomly disconnected midgame
  • Suddenly had a thing on her screen telling her matchmaking was locked for a certain time not sure what it started at
  • She went to sleep
  • In the afternoon today she went on again to still be locked out of matchmaking

We are not able to take a bug report without actual information from the player. Your friend will have a notice on the matchmaking to show how long she has to wait before finding a match again, this does not go down if you do not have the game open.
