Huntress’ hatchets aren’t registering in 2v8

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I encountered this bug yesterday, so I tried it out again today and noticed that Huntresses hatchets aren’t registering when hitting a survivor from a certain distance. In the video provided below, you can hear the hitting animation, which should’ve down the injured survivor, but doesn’t register.
PLATFORM: Steam, PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
•Play Huntress in 2v8
•Hit survivor from long range with hatchet
•Some will register & others won’t
