Allow the people playing killer to hear the custom chase music

I understand for survivors that the chase and terror radius music needs to be the default to not make it disorienting for them (and possibly licensing for future killers), but for the people playing killer, they should be able to hear the custom chase theme for their killer. This is the 5th iteration of 2v8 and we still don’t have this added back in yet. it feels really weird playing wesker and hearing the default chase music lol.
