Blocking Not Working

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The block button you can click doesnt work.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: After a match I may encounter players I havent got along with, so I will click their name, next to the thumbs up / down thing, and it says I can view their profile or block. I usually click block and if I click their name again, it shows I can unblock. Today I tried the same thing, however for some reason the block mechanic isnt working. I click it, and yet I click the persons name again and it still says block, instead of unblock. So for some reason it isnt blocking the person. Please fix.
