Three Hillbilly Cosmetics Bugged

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Billy has three torso cosmetics that have been bugged for several months, where his eye is bulging out of its socket. It's the Ranger Uniform, Striped Shirt, and Cookout Clothes. One of these outfits is currently being sold in a rift bundle right now, I don't think that's right.
