Bloodweb Perk Description Glitched Hover Over Box

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When you select killer and go to bloodweb and hover over the 3 perks at the top belonging to that killer, nothing pops up, unless you hover over the bottom corner of the perk, due to the hover-over detection box being glitched
PLATFORM:

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Played matches of 2v8. Went to solo killer. Pressed bloodweb. Hovered over the 3 perks belonging to that killer. Realized the detection box is bugged and limited to only the bottom corner of the perk (on a 1440p screen)
Issue isn't super detailed or advanced so should be easy to replicate
(switching back to main menu and to survivor fixed it on survivor and switching back to killer fixed it there too)
