Fog Vials tweaks

Current version of Fog vials is still controversal at most maps and a little bit more tweak might be done:

Iridescent add on: decrease extra opacity from 5 % to 2 %, remove downsides.

Recharges: the recharge between uses being removed and item being one-time use.

Franklin's demise: will now destroy vial upon disarming

Vial now has 120s cooldown before it can be used

Brown fog vial

→ size expands after 4s (was 2s)

→ duration reduced from 8s to 5s

→ opacity reduced from 33 % to 15 %

→ removal of scratch marks and aura surpressing

Green fog vial

→ size expands after 3s (was 1.5s)

→ duration reduced from 10s to 7s

→ opacity reduced from 33 % to 22 %

→ supresses auras (no longer surpresses scratch marks)

Blue fog vial

→ size expands after 2.5s (was 1.2s)

→ duration reduced from 12s to 9s

→ opacity reduced from 33 % to 26 %

→ surpresses auras and scratchmarks

    Is this satire?

    The Fog Vials are pretty mid right now due to the restricted uses, and you want to also nerf the values that were fine to begin with?

    The iri add-on adding measly 2% might as well not exist. You need a magnifying glass to recognize the change.

    And if you do find that they are problematic on certain maps, why nerf them in every other place BUT that? Just make them have the exact same effects regardless of which map you are on.
